Bashar is a highly motivated graduate of B.Ed. primary Education from Usman Danfodio University Sokoto. He has worked with several organizations including TaRL Africa as Transport officer. Moreover, he worked with State primary health care development agency and Kebbi State Ministry of Health. Bashar is reliable, flexible, well-organized and innovative.
